  11. I have a sportster 33.6/28.8 Vi and I cannot connect to my ISP's Hayes
  12. Optima 28.8 higher than 21600 using v.34.  Before, my ISP used to use
  13. sportster 28.8s and generic 28.8s, and I could get reliable 26400
  14. connects, and occasional 28800 connects.  If I use only v.fc, I can
  15. connect 24000 to my ISP, but the connection often hangs up.  I think
  16. it is due to my ISP's modem init string, or some setup problem with my
  17. side or my ISPs.  Can anyone help?  Please email.
